Layout - your layout can be hand drawn and needs to include the width and depth of your existing counters or new cabinets. It can be within a couple inches so we can give you an estimation of you job costs. You can either fax or drop off your layout to Jess, our office manager. Quote - this is an estimation of your job costs. It will include you total price including tax. Remember...we carry sinks if you don't already have one! We will call you back with a quote within a couple days of recieving your layout.

Finalize job details - we will need to know which material you chose, your edging detail, what kind of sink cutout you need, if you would like a backsplash, and any other specifications you chose. During this time, you may visit the supplier to pick out and hold your slabs for your job. The contract and paperwork will be finalized and signed.

Deposit - a 60% deposit is required for the template. This amount will be included on your contract.

Template - by appointment only. For existing countertops, please make sure your counters are cleared for us to measure.
We will not do any plumbing work. For new cabinets- please make sure your cabinets are completely finished. We will not be able to template over cabinets that are unfinished.

Template Layout - we recommend you make an appointment to see your templates on the slab at the shop. This appointment is made the day after your template appointment or upon arrival of your material.

Fabrication - a job will usually be fabricated and installed within 2 weeks.

Balance - a 40% balance is required prior to installation. This amount will be included on your contract.

Installation - by appointment only. For existing countertops, please make sure your counters are cleared and your plumbing is disconnected. We will not do any plumbing work.
